About Daniel Bernstein & Associates (DBA)

Daniel Bernstein & Associates, Inc. (DBA) has been building, single and multi-family residential projects in Southern California since 1986. DBA has gained a reputation for quality and service with our clients, customers, and investors. Another entity, DBbuilders Inc. (DBB) was created in 2001 to act as the general contractor on all the projects created under DBA management. In recent years we have purchased and developed raw land and built production homes and apartment buildings. In the current strong rental market, we have expanded our focus from ‘for sale’ residential single family projects to include ‘for rent’ multi-family projects.  We continue to work mostly within the city of Los Angeles and feel being in the urban core will benefit our company as well as our investors in the short and long term.
