I specialize in Builder loans, for home builder communities and condos. We have an extended lock program that allows Buyers to LOCK in their interest rate for 12 months. If rates go down, they have the option to renegotiate. We can give Builders condo warranties for their buildings.

A buyers loan is fully underwritten within 48 hours of their application, so the Builder will know if they are qualified before accepting an offer and executing the contract. 

We have an Appraisal panel that is familiar with the project so you are not re-educating dozens of different appraisers on the building and phasing. 

I will show up and service your clients and make sure that if we've issued an approval, they will close on time.  Your team will have constant and transparent communication throughout the transaction.
