ReyLenn Properties LLC is a southern California based real estate company specializing in the investment, development and construction of multifamily/mixed-use projects in key markets in California, Colorado and the Western region of the United States.

Launched by the veteran management team (Louis Kuntz and Ric Shwisberg) of the former western regional office of The Morgan Group, Inc., ReyLenn is comprised of seasoned real estate professionals who are highly skilled in all aspects of site selection, acquisition, entitlement, financing, development, construction and management of multifamily and mixed-use projects. By capitalizing on its broad knowledge of the multi-family markets, extensive industry relationships and by using a disciplined and strategic approach, the team can identify, analyze and execute potential real estate investment opportunities.  The entrepreneurial management team is deeply experienced with over 80 years of collective direct working experience in real estate throughout the United States.  The team members have successfully acquired and developed challenging properties, including those with complex entitlement requirements and environmental issues. Over the last 12 years the team has been responsible for the development of projects with an approximate value in excess of $1.7 billion. 

The principal objective of ReyLenn is to take advantage of the extensive experience and contacts of the management team, to identify properties in high growth, urban infill areas and pursue new ground-up development opportunities where warranted by market conditions.

ReyLenn’s affiliate, ReyLenn Construction Company, Inc.  (“RCC”) provides general contracting and construction management services to ReyLenn and to third parties on a selective basis.  RCC provides a highly skilled and efficient team (including a LEED Accredited Professional) with extensive expertise in all aspects of the construction process, including conceptual design, pre-development, preconstruction estimating and construction operations.  The members of the team have a broad range of experience including high-density urban infill development, construction technology and management for Type-3, Type- 3 Modified, Type-5, Type-5 Modified construction and have successfully achieved approvals on Alternate Means and Methods with various building departments and City Boards of Appeal. The construction team has an unparalleled track record in project safety and the completion of complex projects on-time and within budget.   Within the last six years RCC has successfully completed over 2000 units with a contract value in excess of $272,000,000 and currently has approximately 1600 additional units under construction.
